These Terms of Service govern the use of the services offered through the TripHub platform. By using our platform and making a reservation, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Provisions
TripHub is a platform offering tours, transfers, and travel services in Antalya and its surroundings (TΓRSAB Licence No: 5160). These terms apply to all reservations and transactions made through the platform.
2. Reservation and Payment
Your reservation becomes final once your payment is approved and confirmed by us. Unless otherwise stated, our prices are per person, and the items included in/excluded from the selected service are clearly indicated on the tour detail pages. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during booking is accurate and complete.
3. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- For cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour date, a full refund is granted.
- For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours, a 50% refund applies.
- No refund is given for cancellations within the last 24 hours or for no-shows.
- For tours cancelled by us due to adverse weather or operational reasons, a full refund is granted or an alternative date is offered.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are obliged to follow the safety instructions of guides and staff during the tour. It is the guest''s responsibility to be ready at the designated meeting point and time. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health condition is unsuitable or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Health and Safety
Some tours (rafting, diving, boat trips, etc.) require physical activity. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have any special circumstances, you must inform us before booking. All activities are undertaken at your own responsibility; however, the necessary safety measures are provided by us.
6. Limitation of Liability
TripHub exercises due care in delivering its services; however, it cannot be held directly liable for delays or disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, traffic, or third parties. The platform is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (text, images, logos, design) belongs to TripHub and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of TΓΌrkiye. In the event of any dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya shall have jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
TripHub reserves the right to update these Terms of Service without prior notice. The current terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
